THG Ingenuity is recruiting a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the King Street Townhouse Hotel kitchen in Manchester. You will run and supervise a kitchen section, manage prep, stock and waste, and ensure high standards of food quality and service.

You will support the head chef, delegate to junior chefs, stay motivated, and maintain a safe, clean section while delivering memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and residents alike. An attractive range of staff perks is offered.
