Chef de Partie - Lead Shifts & Mentor in 4 Hotels

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to report directly to the Head Chef and, in the Head Chef's or Sous Chef's absence, lead some shifts. You will be responsible for assisting in developing the skills and knowledge of junior kitchen staff and leading the pass when on shift.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie, ideally within a hotel environment. Extensive experience in a restaurant and banqueting environment working with fresh produce will also be considered.

You should be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, passionate about hospitality, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
