Chef de Partie - Lead a Station, Craft Dishes

Aimbridge Hospitality Cardiff is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty, while training junior chefs and supporting the sous and head chef in menu development.

You will uphold strict food hygiene, health and safety standards and monitor portions and waste to protect margins, contributing to a high-quality guest experience in a dynamic hotel kitchen.
