Chef de Partie - Lead a Luxury Kitchen Team & Career Growth

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will take ownership of a designated section, train and mentor junior chefs, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in a luxury, guest-focused environment.

Working closely with Sous and Head Chefs, you will manage mise en place, support during busy services, and contribute to menu development while upholding safety and efficiency across the kitchen.
