This is not your typical Chef De Partie role.

You will be part of a vibrant, high-performing brigade within one of the hotel's most popular dining concepts, a rustic yet refined restaurant where bold, seasonal dishes meet a relaxed, premium dining experience.

With a fully open kitchen at its heart, this is a role where your craft is on display. Guests are immersed in the energy, creativity and theatre of service, making consistency, confidence and attention to detail absolutely key.

The menu is ingredient-led, celebrating produce from the estate's own kitchen garden, alongside carefully sourced local suppliers. Expect a focus on flavour, fire-based cooking and modern British influences.
