Chef de Partie - Highlands Kitchen, Local Produce

Crieff Hydro Limited seeks a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the Scottish Highlands. You will motivate Commis Chefs, prepare meals for up to 120 guests on busy days and for functions, and ensure quality and portion control while working with the Front of House team.

You'll be part of a close-knit team in a business offering flexible hours (40+ hours in peak periods) with on-site opportunities and chances to develop skills.
