Chef de Partie - High-Volume Resort Kitchen Lead

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is hiring a Chef de Partie at our Great Yarmouth location. You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes, manage a kitchen section, and uphold standards of quality, speed and consistency during busy service.

You will lead on a station, maintain hygiene, monitor temperatures, and support a collaborative kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction. Shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends, is required.
