Chef de Partie - Elevate Seasonal Dining

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie at Fermain Valley Hotel in Guernsey. You will take ownership of a kitchen section, cook and present dishes to a high standard, and collaborate with the Head and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency.
