Chef de Partie - Dynamic Hotel Kitchen & Banqueting

The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week across restaurant service and banqueting events, with a pay rate of £19.00 per hour including holiday pay.

You'll work alongside our established brigade, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment and maintaining standards during both lunch and evening services, as well as large-scale functions.
