Chef de Partie - Dundee Flexible Shifts, Creative Plating

KPI Recruiting are assisting a client in Dundee to fill a Chef position. The role involves working on an as-needed shift pattern, with duties across food preparation, cooking and kitchen hygiene.

You will assist marinating, cutting, precooking and plating to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should hold Food Hygiene Level 2 and an Allergy Certificate, and be able to maintain cleanliness and proper food storage at close of shift.
