Chef de Partie - Creative Kitchen with Local Produce

THE PIG is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee one of four kitchen sections in our Swanage operation. You will work with local suppliers, seasonal produce, and a passionate team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will lead, teach, and inspire apprentices through our award-winning programme while thriving in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen that values enthusiasm, knife skills, and a love of creative, home-grown cooking.
