The Zetter in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead their section with confidence, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional service and consistently high standards. You will own mise en place, ensure section readiness for every service, and help train junior team members.

This hands-on role requires strong technical ability, pace, and pride in hygiene and teamwork, with a focus on organisation and consistent execution across all duties.
