The Bedford Hotel Belfast is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dedicated kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, taking ownership of your section and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation for the boutique hotel's dining outlets.

You will train and develop team members, managing stock rotation and budgeted gross profit while upholding exceptional culinary standards in a busy, customer-focused environment.
