Whether you are an experienced Chef de Partie, a Commis Chef just starting out, or a talented cook looking for your next step, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you will be involved in:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes
• Working across different sections of the kitchen
• Supporting smooth and organised services
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Following recipes, prep lists and kitchen standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised
• Supporting food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
• Working as part of a positive and professional team
• Learning, developing and growing within the kitchen
