We're looking for skilled Chefs in Lincoln who want flexibility, variety, and the chance to work with a wide range of clients. This role is ideal if you enjoy preparing high-quality dishes, running your own section, and working consistent weekday shifts that support a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities: As a Chef in Lincoln, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and running a designated kitchen section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to quality standards
• Organising mise en place and ensuring smooth service
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Monitoring stock, reducing waste, and controlling portions
• Working with the team to maintain consistency and efficiency

What we're looking for: We're seeking Chefs who have:

• Strong cooking skills in their specific section
• Consistency and attention to detail in food quality and presentation
• Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Leadership skills to supervise and support junior staff
• Teamwork and clear communication with other kitchen sections
• Organisation and discipline in mise en place
• Reliability and professionalism (punctual, calm, accountable)
• Cost awareness, including portion control and minimal waste
