About the Role

As Chef, you'll play a key role in the day to day running of the kitchen. You'll prepare high quality dishes, maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation, and work closely with the Head Chef/Owner to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times
• Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal ideas
• Manage prep efficiently to ensure smooth service
• Monitor stock levels and support with ordering and deliveries
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams
• Follow all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive kitchen culture

About You

• Experience working in a professional kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or similar)
• Strong cooking skills and a passion for great food
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
• A team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards and best practices
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
