Job Description
A great opportunity, for a chef to join this quality country house hotel and gardens.
We are looking for somebody who has a stable background and who has worked as a chef in a fresh food pub/3 or 4 hotel environment. You must have worked in a fresh food establishment.
The proposed rota would be to cover a minimum of 2 breakfast shifts through to early afternoon, 1 daytime shift and 2 afternoon starts covering evening service
At breakfast you will be expected to set a high standard in producing a quality breakfast for all guests. Only the finest local produce is used to produce all options at the breakfast table. You will need to be organized and work to high standards. All breakfasts are served plated.
You will work over lunch service ensuring that this is prepped ready for service and work with the team to ensure prep is completed in a timely manner.
During the evening service you will either be supporting a senior chef during dinner service or covering a more basic food offering while preparing for the following day.
