Chef - Lead Menus & Exceptional Food Service

Compass Group UK&I ESS Defence arm is hiring a Chef on a full-time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week, 50.2 weeks per year, across a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern. You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and help drive improvements across our defence sites, delivering excellent service in a secure, mission-focused environment.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and a Food Hygiene certificate, has previous team supervision experience, and a
