Nursery Chef - Kids Planet Salford Quays

Fixed term role covering maternity leave. Work Monday to Friday with no weekends or bank holidays. Provide creative, nutritious meals for children, accommodating allergies and special dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals, snacks, and baking activities for all children.
• Accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, tidy kitchen and ensure compliance with environmental health standards.
• Collaborate with children and nursery staff in snack making and cooking activities.

Qualifications

• Catering experience, preferably in a nursery or similar environment.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of food preparation for special dietary needs.
