Chef - Creative Menu Lead (Part-Time, 30h)

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting an ambitious Chef for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You'll prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and help drive improvements in our food services.

You will work to maintain hygiene standards, support with new menus, and deliver excellent customer service to Defence clients and customers, ensuring the brand image remains strong across UK facilities.
