EIS Versilia is seeking a Cheerleading Instructor

Program: Afterschool Activities Starting: September 2025

Location: Versilia, Tuscany Part-time position

EIS Versilia is looking for an energetic and skilled Cheerleading Instructor to lead weekly afterschool sessions for students aged 6 to 14. We aim to build a program that combines athleticism, coordination, teamwork, rhythm, and school spirit-while promoting physical confidence and fun in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach and choreograph cheerleading routines, including basic stunts, dance elements, tumbling (if applicable), and chants;

- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on confidence, collaboration, and discipline;

- Design sessions appropriate to different age levels and physical abilities;

- Support the development of performance pieces for internal events, sports matches, or school showcases;

- Ensure safety and injury prevention at all times through proper warm-ups, spotting techniques, and supervision.

Requirements:

- Previous experience teaching cheerleading, dance, or gymnastics to children/adolescents;

- Strong sense of rhythm, creativity in choreography, and an enthusiastic personality;

- Knowledge of group dynamics, safety protocols, and motivational techniques for young learners;

- Spoken English or Italian (English B2 minimum, C1 preferred);

- Availability one or more afternoons per week from September 2025.
