Checkout Team Leader: Drive Front-End Service & Growth

Morrisons in Glasgow is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to drive the front end of store operations. You'll be visible on the shop floor, lead the checkout, customer service, kiosks and car parks, and respond quickly with headset-enabled support to keep queues moving.

You'll coach a friendly team, build a culture of trust and recognition, ensure daily processes, cash handling and legal obligations are followed, and use store reports and dashboards to spot improvements and reduce waste.
