Morrisons is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to guide our Service teams and drive service performance for customers across our front end operations. You will lead a team at the checkout, ensuring friendly, efficient service and a customer-first culture.

You will use dashboards to monitor performance, coach colleagues, and ensure compliance with policies including cash handling. A focus on coaching, planning and timely delivery of tasks is essential.
