Chartered Building Surveyor Jobs Manchester W e are looking to hire a chartered/senior building surveyor to join our Manchester office.

Location: Manchester

Required

Must be chartered with a mix of both professional services and project management experience.

Position is based in Manchester, hybrid working but requirement to be in the office on a Monday and Friday.

Experience in a similar role.

Full driving license and own vehicle required

Ideally with Business Development experience

Experience of supporting graduate Building Surveyors

Experience of residential/supported living refurbishment projects

• Salary band £50,000 plus car allowance
• Vitality membership, including private health after successful completion of probation
• 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing with service
