Charity Lawyer 2-6 PQE Strong Regional Firm Leicester

A highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the Midlands is seeking a talented Charity Lawyer to join its established team in Leicester.

The Role

You will be joining a well-respected and experienced team acting for a range of national and regional charities, educational institutions, faith-based organisations, CICs, and grant-giving bodies. This is a genuinely broad role offering exposure to:
Charity formations and incorporations
Governance and constitutional matters
Mergers, restructuring, and collaborative ventures
Regulatory compliance, including Charity Commission matters

You will work closely with partners who are experts in the field and benefit from a collegiate, collaborative culture with real opportunities for progression.

About You
2-6 years' PQE with experience in charity law (or a strong interest and related background in public, education, or not-for-profit sectors)
Solid technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness
Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term client relationships
