We re looking for a Charity Shop Manager to lead our independent shop, supporting volunteers to gain confidence, skills, and fulfil their potential all while raising vital funds for local, national, and international charities.

About the Role:

This isn t just about sales; it s about people. As our shop manager, you ll create a welcoming, inclusive environment where volunteers from all walks of life can thrive. You ll ensure the shop runs smoothly while providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day shop operations

• Supporting and mentoring volunteers
• Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Maximising sales and profitability
• Overseeing stock management and visual merchandising
