Description
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support organisational objectives.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the organisation's financial sustainability.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making within the not-for-profit sector.
- Lead and mentor one direct report and help the small finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Profile
A successful Charity Finance Manager should have:
