Change Project Manager - Broking/TOM/London Market insurance

We're currently working with a growing insurance organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme who are looking to hire a Project Manager to join their Strategic Change function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team delivering a broad portfolio of business change initiatives across Claims, Operations, Technology and M&A. With a substantial change agenda planned over the coming years, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to deliver transformation programmes that will shape the future of the organisation.

You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, reporting into the Strategic Change function and working alongside experienced Project Managers and Change professionals. The wider change portfolio includes Claims Transformation, UK Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives, post-acquisition integration projects, Workday, AI-enabled change and international business programmes.

You'll likely bring:

• Insurance industry experience, ideally within broking
• Exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM), process improvement or operational transformation initiatives
• Strong end-to-end project delivery skills with a proven track record of successful change delivery
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple programmes simultaneously
• Change Management or Prosci certification would be beneficial
• PMO experience would be useful but is not essential
• Exposure to Claims Transformation, Salesforce, M&A integration or Workday would be advantageous but is not required

This is a permanent role paying circa £80k and requires 2 days per week onsite in London.
