Exalto Consulting is working with a respected IT and Digital consultancy that partners with large organisations to deliver complex business and technology change.

his role sits at the centre of transformation programmes where continuity of services, user adoption, and organisational alignment are critical.

As a Change Manager, you will lead organisational change activity across multiple workstreams, ensuring change is planned, communicated, and Embedded effectively. You will work closely with delivery teams and frontline users to support change that is delivered with people, not imposed on them.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Change Management Strategy aligned to programme objectives
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
• Manage benefits and triage change requests based on impact and complexity
• Design and deliver communication and engagement approaches for different audiences
• Deliver integrated change and transition plans across people, process, and services
• Assess organisational readiness and support adoption across teams
• Support knowledge transfer and contribute to onboarding materials

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A practical, user-centred approach to change

Desirable experience

• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Microsoft 365
• Exposure to regulated or multi-supplier environments
