We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Manager to lead the successful adoption of digital and cultural transformation initiatives across our UK operations. This is a pivotal role driving change that matters impacting technology, people, and performance within Food Servicing/Distribution.

Your initial focus will be on supporting the rollout and integration of new technologies, ensuring they are seamlessly Embedded across our systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust change management plans aligned with business objectives
• Apply the ProSci ADKAR model to drive stakeholder engagement and minimize disruption
• Work cross functionally with IT, business operations, and executive teams to foster alignment
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Embed change in a way that's meaningful to employees through a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Change Management and Organizational Change
• Expertise in Strategy Development and execution
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics CRM
• Experience integrating technology change with cultural adoption
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills
