What you'll be doing:

Orchestrate impactful change: You'll design and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans across the entire organisation, maximising team buy-in.

Empower local champions: You'll identify and collaborate with Business Change Leads and Champions within each business area, building a strong internal network for change.

Map the journey to success: You'll create clear and tailored change maps for individual teams, providing a roadmap for their transition to the future state.

Develop and deliver: You'll be hands-on in designing, developing, implementing, and managing key change deliverables that empower users to successfully navigate the transformation.

Collaborate at the heart of change: You'll work closely with the core programme team, key stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.

Champion user readiness: You'll define success metrics, track progress, identify and manage resistance, and proactively ensure the organisation is ready for the AI-driven future.

What you'll bring:

Proven change leadership: You'll bring 5+ years of demonstrable experience leading large-scale, global organisational change projects.

Credibility and expertise: You'll hold a recognised Change Management certification, underpinning your deep understanding of change principles, methodologies, and tools.
