Change Management Lead - 12+ Months - Freelance - Europe

We're looking for a proactive Change Lead to serve as the key link between the Programme Change Tower and the local market, cluster, or factory at a global FMCG brand.

In this role, you'll translate global change strategies into effective local execution, ensuring the business is ready for new ways of working. You'll collaborate closely with the Global Change Tower, bringing essential local insight while supporting communications, training, and organisational alignment to ensure smooth, sustainable adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Change Execution

• Deliver the local Change Management Plan and drive adoption of global processes.
• Lead local communications, engagement activities, and the change network/super users.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Readiness

• Engage stakeholders for updates, feedback, and alignment.
• Deliver leadership engagement and conduct local change impact assessments.

Training & Capability Building

• Support role mapping, training needs analysis, and readiness checks.
• Coordinate training schedules, ensure participation, and report progress.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Provide regular change status updates to the Global Programme Team.
• Measure effectiveness of change activities and flag risks, issues, and improvements.

Essential Capabilities

• Spanish & English speaking
• SAP experience would be a big plus
• Strong understanding of the local business and links to global functions (eg, GBS Procurement, FSS).
• Comfortable working in multi-cultural teams with strong cultural awareness.
• Effective collaborator able to work with ambiguity.
• Flexible and resilient when priorities shift or challenges arise.
• Able to operate in complex environments with multiple concurrent workstreams and interdependencies (ERP Migration and other local projects).
• Open to coaching and direction from the Global Change Lead/Manager.
• Solutions-focused and able to progress work with limited information.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Able to assess, articulate, and mitigate business impacts across varied audiences.
