Change Delivery Manager

We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.

As Change Delivery Manager, you will lead a team that coordinates and implements change across the Ombudsman's operations. A proven project manager, you will deliver specific projects or lead work streams that require cross-functional working and accountability.

You will apply appropriate project management approaches and tools to drive improved governance, ensuringsuccessful implementation and review. You will also maintain a consistent, coherent and complete picture of the Ombudsman's operational process design in the Service Model and its supporting guidance and ensure use of continuous improvement techniques to drive further change.

Your excellent communication skills will ensure that you engage with operational teams and stakeholders to embed new ways of working.

Your application should be in the form of written CV and supporting statement

The written statement should cover no more than 2 sides of A4 paper in font size 12, demonstrating why you think you are suitable for the post, and using examples, how your knowledge and experience meets the requirements of the person specification. Any of the competencies may be tested at interview.
