Change and Improvement Analyst
£32,700 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
12-month secondment
Full time, 37.5 hours, working 5 days over 7

We're looking for a Change and Improvement Analyst to join our Supply Chain Change and Assurance team. In this role you'll join a small team to make sure our SAP systems are optimised to maintain efficient forecasts, service levels, availability, waste, and stockholding. We'll look to you to be an ambassador for change, drive continuous improvement and collaborate with different areas of the business to deliver the change activity. No two days will be the same, providing an exciting opportunity to develop your project delivery and change management skills across a variety of work.
What you'll do
•Support delivery of the Supply Chain Change plan, lead and assist in the landing key activities on time and within budget, and providing updates to key partners
•Support in identifying and delivering improvements to SAP ways of working and analyse the outputs from this to monitor the impact of the change activity
•Work closely with teams across the business such as Technology & CBS and the wider Supply Chain function to test and deliver change activity
•Provide expert support and advise to the Supply Chain function and other key partners on their set up and usage of the SAP Forecasting & Replenishment system
This role would suit people who have
•Knowledge or experience of supply chain and the SAP FNR system
•Some knowledge of project delivery or change management
•Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
•Great organisation skills with the autonomy to prioritise work managing multiple activites and deadlines.
