Change & Engagement Lead - Energy Trading Transformation

Eaglecliff is seeking a Business Change Associate to ensure change is clearly understood, embedded and delivers outcomes across assigned lines of business. You will work with programme and project managers to engage stakeholders, build readiness, and support the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.

You will lead Change and Engage activities, assess impacts, tailor interventions for different stakeholder groups, and enable leaders to fulfil their change leadership roles.
