Behaviour HLTA - Trauma Informed Experience
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Challenging Behaviour HLTA to join our supportive and dynamic team in Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about supporting young people with complex needs and making a real difference in their lives.
As a Challenging Behaviour HLTA, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students who present with challenging behaviours, helping them to engage positively with their learning and development. The successful Challenging Behaviour HLTA will play a key role in delivering tailored interventions, supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing. Based in Redbridge, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe and structured environment for all learners.
We are looking for a Challenging Behaviour HLTA who has proven experience in education and training, particularly in supporting students with additional needs. Trauma-Informed experience is crucial, as you will be working with pupils who may have experienced significant adversity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with challenging behaviours in and out of the classroom

Requirements:
- Previous experience in education and training
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Trauma-Informed experience is crucial
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
