Challenger 604 First Officer (NTR) - UK

The Opportunity

We are recruiting talented First Officers to join our Challenger 604 fleet. You will bring strong technical competence, unwavering professionalism, and the poise to operate in a demanding executive aviation environment-delivering safe, seamless journeys across varied missions.

What You'll Do

• Execute flights to the highest safety and compliance standards, adhering to SOPs and company policies.
• Partner closely with the Captain to plan, brief, and conduct each sector, including performance, fuel, and weather analysis.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, communication, and teamwork on the flight deck and across ground operations.
• Represent the brand with a polished, client-focused approach throughout every stage of the journey.
• Support global and time-sensitive missions with flexibility and operational discipline.

Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 1,500 hours
• Flight Experience: Multi engine turbine
• Type Rating: Not required - training provided
• Licences Required: CPL, IR, ME
• Accepted Licences: EASA, FAA, UK CAA
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Preferred Experience

• Previous Challenger 604 type rating.
• Corporate/executive aviation experience.
• International operations exposure.
