The Opportunity

Step into a captaincy that blends exacting operational standards with the finesse of corporate aviation. You'll command a Challenger 604 on long-range and international missions, backed by a professional team and robust safety culture.

What You'll Do
  • Lead safe, compliant operations across global routes, including oceanic and international airspace.
  • Exercise decisive command and exemplary CRM from preflight planning to postflight debrief.
  • Deliver exceptional, discreet service tailored to corporate/VIP clients.
  • Uphold rigorous standards in SOP adherence, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with flight operations, training, and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
What You Bring
  • Proven command capability on multi-engine jet aircraft with strong decision making under pressure.
  • Thorough knowledge of international procedures, including RVSM, NAT HLA/Oceanic, and ICAO standards.
  • Polished communication, client centric mindset, and professional presentation.
  • Team leadership, mentorship aptitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Minimum Requirements
  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • PIC time: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-engine jet: 500 hours
  • Flight time notes: Command experience on multi-engine jet aircraft
  • License: ATPL (EASA, FAA, or UK CAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 (minimum)
  • Work authorisation: Right to live and work in the United Kingdom (essential)
  • Type rating: Not required - training provided (NTR)
Preferred Experience
  • Previous Challenger 604 type rating and command experience.
  • Recent long-range and international corporate aviation experience.
