Challenger 350/3500 Captain - London Stansted Permanent 4/4 Roster (EOI)

The opportunity

Ryanair is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Captains to operate the Challenger 350/3500 in support of a 24/7 engineering support operation based at London Stansted. These are permanent roles on a predictable 4 on / 4 off roster, suited to leaders who thrive in a high-performance, safety-first environment.

Type rating is provided with no upfront cost for successful candidates.

What you'll do

• Command safe, efficient Challenger 350/3500 operations in support of round-the-clock engineering requirements.
• Operate within a fixed 4 on / 4 off pattern, maintaining high standards of airmanship and compliance.
• Apply and champion SOPs, SMS, and regulatory standards at all times.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver mission-ready availability.
• Mentor and collaborate with flight crew to drive continuous improvement and team performance.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours command time in multi-crew, multi-engine jet operations.
• Valid EASA or UK CAA issued Part-FCL ATPL.
• Valid EASA or UK (Part-MED) Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum (with written proficiency).
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or hold Pre-Settled Status.
• Challenger 350/3500 type rating preferred.
• Proven multi-crew, multi-engine jet experience.

Selection process

• SIM assessment on B737 FFS.
• Technical assessment on current/previous aircraft type.
• Personnel interview and overall suitability evaluation.

Offers are subject to candidates meeting all assessment standards and company approvals.

Training & rating

• Challenger 350/3500 type rating provided with no upfront cost for selected candidates.
