Chair - VC-Backed E-Commerce Fulfilment Business

Our client is an ambitious venture-backed e-commerce fulfilment company, at a pivotal point in its growth journey.

We're seeking an experienced Chairperson with the credibility, emotional intelligence, and hands-on experience to support the board and leadership team through their next stage of transformation.

You'll provide vital challenge and support to the CEO, and ensure that board discussions are strategic, constructive, and growth-oriented.

What you'll bring:

• Previous Chair experience in a fast-moving, founder-led PE/VC-backed business
• Proven ability to manage complex board dynamics and build trust with strong personalities
• High emotional intelligence, with a coaching mindset
• Strategic insight into governance, leadership development, and organisational structure
• Ideally, a background in logistics, fulfilment, or adjacent sectors

Commitment & Fees:

• 3 days per month
• Remuneration dependent on experience
