We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join an investment management firm in Zurich.

About the role:
Lead and oversee all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure full regulatory compliance with Swiss financial regulations and international standards
Partner closely with the CEO and investment team on strategic planning and business decisions
Drive the modernization and digitalization of financial systems and processes, including implementation of new technologies and tools
Oversee financial controls, risk management, and audit processes
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and banking partners
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
About the candidate:
Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within an investment management, asset management, or financial services firm
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/Swiss GAAP) and regulatory expertise
Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize financial systems and technology solutions
Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred)
