Cervical Screening Admin & Call Officer - NHS Benefits

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a proactive Screening Officer to join the CSAS team on a temporary basis. You will support the Cervical Screening Programme by coordinating administrative tasks, processing cases, answering health professionals' inquiries and ensuring data accuracy across the NHS ExeterSystem.

The role involves routine end-to-end processing, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with NECS, NHSE and PHE to deliver timely call and recall services.
