Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ Years Mobile Detailing Experience - Proven track record in mobile automotive detailing services.
• Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred - Hands on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred.
• Exceptional Work Ethic - Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards.
• Customer Excellence Focus - Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations.
• Self Motivated & Results Driven - Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results.
• Reliable Transportation - Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Valid Driver's License - Required for travel to various job locations.
• Quality Obsessed Mindset - Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality.
