Job Description

• 
  
  Business Development & Fundraising: Lead the identification and negotiation of industrial partnerships and early-stage investment opportunities. Build relationships with strategic stakeholders and potential investors to secure funding and long-term collaboration.
• 
  
  Product Development Oversight: Coordinate with academic and engineering partners to guide the development of a proprietary healthcare device. Ensure alignment between technical progress and commercial goals.
• Regulatory Strategy Execution: Work closely with a specialized regulatory partner to define and implement a pathway for market entry in both the EU and US. Oversee risk mitigation and compliance planning.
• Team Building & Operations: Recruit and empower a small, agile team to support the company's growth. Set up basic operational infrastructure and ensure efficient execution of early milestones.
• External Representation: Act as the public face of the company, representing it to partners, advisors, investors, and potential acquirers. Shape the company's narrative and strategic positioning in the market.
