Job DescriptionAs a CEO, your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan in alignment with its mission and values.
- Inspire and lead a team of 30 staff members across various functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, grant applications, and corporate sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and donor meetings.
- Oversee the planning and execution of youth empowerment programs and community events.
- Ensure program quality, impact measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with program leads to align initiatives with strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Proven leadership experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor relationship management.
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.
- Passion for youth development and social equity.
Preferred
- Experience working with corporate partners and CSR initiatives.
- Familiarity with event planning and community engagement.
- Knowledge of impact measurement and program evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration, Business).
