Centre Openings & Refurbishment Project Manager

IWG is seeking a proactive Programme Manager to lead New Centre Openings (NCO) and refurbishment programmes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to our design standards. You will coordinate with outsourced partners, manage scope and cost, and align fit-out with global guidelines across the existing estate.

The role requires strong stakeholder management across countries, a commercial mindset, and experience in refurbishment/maintenance planning to minimise disruption and maximise ROI.
