Centre Manager - Alternative Provision Centre Link Academy)

Dudley Academies Trust is seeking a Centre Manager for our Alternative Provision Centre Link Academy). Our Aspire Centre provides a tailored learning environment for learners who do not attend mainstream settings, aiming to inspire growth and resilience.

Our objective is to create a nurturing environment where learners engage, develop confidence, and build self worth. We lead through collaboration, celebrate every learner's efforts and achievements, and foster mutual respect.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Aspire Centre, working alongside teachers and colleagues.
• Address the needs of learners who require support outside traditional classroom settings to overcome learning barriers and raise their aspirations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Resilient and empathetic, with experience working with young people in a similar setting.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work as part of a team.
