Job Description

A vibrant and well-established business centre is looking for an enthusiastic Business Centre Manager to take the lead in day-to-day operations, promote the centre within the local community, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone proactive, organised, and confident in building relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the centre's daily operations to ensure high standards and seamless service
  • Marketing the space locally through networking and outreach
  • Managing office space enquiries and conducting viewings
  • Coordinating lettings, move-ins, and changes in occupancy
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate service billing
  • Organising and attending business events on-site and locally
  • Building rapport with clients, identifying needs and opportunities for growth
  • Supervising contractors to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation
  • Completing administrative tasks and regular reporting

Skills required:

  • A positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
