Central Transport Supervisor

We're seeking a Central Transport Supervisor to bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of our Waikato fleet. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or a Class 5 driver ready for a leadership role, this is your chance to make an impact.

Reporting to the Regional Transport Manager, you'll manage the day to day operations of our fleet and oversee a team of 10 permanent employees. You'll ensure safety, efficiency, and performance while fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture.

What you'll bring

• Proven leadership experience or a desire to step up from a Class 5 driving role
• A Class 5 license and understanding of transport operations
• Experience in fleet management and dispatch
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative problem solving approach
• Commitment to safety and the wellbeing of all team members.
