Role Overview
CACI is recruiting for a Sales Support & Operations Executive to join our Centralised Sales Department with a deeper support and focus on our Data Science and Experience and Transformation sales teams.
The main aim of this role is to work with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure the operational and administrative tasks across the department are delivered to a high standard. Ensuring the teams work as effectively and efficiently as possible to ensure we are accelerating our growth at CACI.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the sales team members with o Contracts/Order Acknowledgements o Supplier Forms o NDA's o DPA's o Termination Letters o Data deliveries o SOWs o RFPs
- Ensure team templates are updated and maintained, creating new templates where appropriate
- Support the uploading and maintenance of Contacts, Prospects and Opportunities in NetSuite
- Finalise opportunities in NetSuite once the deal has been secured/won
- Prepare presentation decks for the weekly sales meetings, including sales figures
- Support training presentation and general PowerPoint requests
- Update and improve case studies, including numerical results
- Assist with organising sales teams' events (Quad days, kick offs, Christmas events etc)
- Prepare templates for quarterly and annual sales kick offs
- Support the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager (ad hoc tasks) e.g. creating training decks, improving and maintaining the sales SharePoint
- Ensure sales training documents are up to date
- Maintain the system (NetSuite) ensuring leads and opportunities are correctly assigned
- Organise travel as requested for sales team members
- Work with the Sales Operations manager to review the current processes, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Support the implementation of new processes
- Champion and drive the adoption of new processes
- Ensure all sales members within the team are following processes and using all technology and systems effectively
- Support the Sales Managers and team members with reports as requested
You will need to
- Multi-task across a number of requirements at any one time, whilst being able to push back & prioritise accordingly.
- Be organised and diligent in order to complete your work efficiently and to a high standard.
- Be positive and proactive in supporting the teams.
- The role will be busy & varied
- Consider ideas to make the team more efficient, or to automate tasks and requests
- You may be required to perform ad-hoc tasks over and above those mentioned within this job description. These should be prioritised accordingly, dependent on who the requests have come from and other tasks you have in flight.
- Communication is key between you and the teams, whether it is regarding your progress of tasks assigned to you, or if you need to clarify any requests if you don't fully understand what's expected of you.
- Take ownership of your workflow and manage your time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed diligently and on time. If you foresee a delay for whatever reason, this must be communicated to the relevant people as soon as possible.
